Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Store Manager.
  • Work closely with your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop your leadership skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to support store sales growth and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead your team to deliver high levels of service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
  • Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
