Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Welcome and check-in guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs, provide information about room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests.
- Room Management: Greet, check-in, and check-out guests, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information.
- Collaboration: Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and prepared for arrival.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent or similar position.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- Stress Management: Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
