We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyatt House Scottsdale. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Welcome and check-in guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs, provide information about room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests.
  • Room Management: Greet, check-in, and check-out guests, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and prepared for arrival.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent or similar position.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Stress Management: Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
