About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ADERO Scottsdale. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Revenue Maximization: Maximize room revenue through effective room merchandising and upselling opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in front desk software.
