Job Description
HPSM seeks a skilled Healthcare Quality Improvement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to improve healthcare provider compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a temporary position.

You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing corrective action plans, and working closely with healthcare providers to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. You will also provide guidance and support to quality improvement nurses as needed.

This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff. If you have experience working in quality improvement or clinical management, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is $53.75 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
