Role Overview
The UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine seeks a highly motivated Clinical Educator and Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who aspire to careers as clinician-educators or clinician-administrators in a teaching hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational programs for students, residents, and fellows
- Develop and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Pursue research projects related to hospital medicine and medical education
Requirements:
- Completion of internal medicine residency training at an accredited US-based institution
- US citizenship
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
