Nurse Quality Improvement Leader

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Improvement Nurse to join our team in the Quality Improvement and Population Health Department.
About the Role:
- This position plays a critical role in developing, managing, and measuring a comprehensive healthcare strategy that aligns with Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) standards of care.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and network providers to promote evidence-based practices and improve member health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive healthcare strategy that meets DHCS standards of care.
- Collaborate with quality improvement teams to evaluate and report trends in provider performance.
- Participate in local, regional, and state audits to measure and improve member health outcomes.
- Evaluate patient safety and quality issues and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor Quality Improvement Nurses-Facility Site Review.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,213-$158,642 USD per year, depending on location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, ample paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, a 401(a) retirement plan, and more.
What You'll Need:
- A current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California.
- Current certification as a Certified Site Reviewer as defined by DHCS.
- Possession and continued maintenance of Certified Master Trainer certification issued by DHCS within one year of hire.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including three years of acute care or primary care experience and two years of experience in Quality Improvement.
