Salary: $50-$52 per hour

Job Description:

The Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor is responsible for collecting, tracking, trending and monitoring data reviewing outcomes, compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement. They use critical thinking skills to present findings and make recommendations to an interdisciplinary health care team.

This individual serves as a clinical case manager and conducts new admission assessments as census dictates. They complete a clinical record review for current and new admissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, track, trend, and monitor data to identify areas for quality improvement
  • Present findings and make recommendations to the healthcare team
  • Conduct new admission assessments and complete clinical record reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current CA license as registered nurse, BSN preferred
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present data and recommendations
  • Demonstrated competence with electronic medical records, PCC preferred
