**Job Summary:**

The Care Manager (RN) at Protouch Staffing partners with external providers to enhance the quality of care delivered to members. This role involves identifying, developing, and implementing clinical quality and service improvement projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and promote assigned clinical quality and/or service improvement projects and programs.
  • Act as a resource for evidence-based practice integration, provider training/education, policy review/development, and regulatory/accreditation interpretation.

**Requirements:**

  • Associates degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred.
  • RN License (California).
  • Experience in utilization and coordination of care management.
  • Epic experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical/healthcare environment.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of **$85,000 - $115,000 per year**, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
