Responsibilities:
The Community Engagement Coordinator - Part-Time will lead and organize a variety of activities for residents. A positive demeanor, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning, coordinating, and executing resident programs, classes, and community-wide events.
2. Securing entertainment, catering, decorations, and all necessary materials for events.

3. Engaging residents for input and involvement to promote participation in lifestyle opportunities.


4. Assisting residents and community organizations in scheduling facilities, including program requirements and fee arrangements.

5. Evaluating the success of events through feedback and assessments.

6. Managing the Association's social media presence (if applicable).

7. Understanding and managing the budget effectively.

8. Collaborating with residents to establish chartered clubs, assisting with applications, space assignments, program development, and maintenance.

9. Partnering with the Regional Lifestyle Director to coordinate and promote community events and services.



10. Ensuring all lifestyle events and customer service meet residents' needs.

11. Overseeing New Resident Orientation presentations, ensuring proper promotion, setup, and community involvement.


12. Attending meetings with upper management to ensure alignment across departments.

13. Participating in Board of Directors, club, and committee meetings as necessary.

14. Providing a weekly Lifestyle Newsletter to community members.

15. Assisting the Community Manager as required.

16. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits:
$20.00 per hour
