The Customer Service Representative will also play a crucial role in retaining existing members and will manage the front desk duties, which include checking members into sessions, addressing inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the studio, and handling retail transactions.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to earn bonuses through successful member sign-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:
Results-driven with a strong ability to meet sales targets in memberships and retail

Prior sales experience is advantageous

Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels

Proficient in computer usage and quick to learn new software systems

A college degree is preferred but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist management in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals

Schedule and confirm introductory classes

Oversee front desk operations, welcoming and checking in clients and potential members

Conduct facility tours while identifying and addressing individual prospects' needs

Maintain a high level of personal sales performance

Promote and uphold the club's mission as a provider of fitness and wellness services

Present available offerings to current and prospective members

Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals and follow up with leads

Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community events) to enhance studio visibility

Ensure the studio remains clean and organized, including cleaning equipment between sessions

Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
