Position Overview:
As our Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the friendly face of our community.

Working under the direction of the Executive Director, your main duty will be to ensure exceptional customer service for our residents.

You will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and friendly environment during weekends and scheduled shifts.

NOTE:
This position is specifically for our weekend shift, 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

First Impressions Count:
Welcome guests and residents warmly, ensuring they feel at home.

Multitasking Expert:
Manage a multiline phone system, screening calls and directing them appropriately.

Issue Resolution:
Address resident inquiries swiftly and professionally.

Administrative Support:
Provide clerical and administrative assistance as needed.

Appointment Management:
Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments.

Mail Handling:
Receive and organize mail and deliveries.

Technology Proficient:
Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Emergency Preparedness:
Be ready to implement emergency procedures when necessary.

Sales Knowledge:
Familiarity with the BILD sales system is advantageous.

Weekend Engagement:
Supervise weekend activities to keep our residents active and involved.

Attention to Detail:
Identify areas needing maintenance and report them to the Assistant Director.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication abilities

Customer service-focused

Proficient in basic office applications

Ability to remain calm in emergencies

Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
