Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engaging with Prospective Residents: Participate in visits and provide warm welcome orientations to prospective residents and their families.
  • Organizing Programs: Plan and execute monthly activities based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating at least 2 of the 6 experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, Spiritual).
  • Utilizing Technology: Use an iPad to engage residents and share photos on community TV and social media platforms.
  • Managing Activities: Schedule and oversee weekend activities and events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.
  • Transportation: Drive a 14-passenger bus for group events and personal appointments, providing safe and reliable transportation for our residents.
  • Decorations: Update seasonal and vacation decorations throughout the building, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
  • Volunteer Program: Oversee and manage the volunteer program, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our volunteers and residents.
  • Emergency Notifications: Report any emergency situations to the Life Enrichment Director, ensuring prompt and effective response.
Additional Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available on Saturdays and sometimes weekends.
  • Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week.
