About the Role

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Title Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing titles for assigned states, researching missing and/or incorrect title paperwork, and determining proper resolution promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process titles for assigned states
  • Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolution promptly
  • Answer calls from insurance partners (Allstate, Progressive, etc.)
  • Respond to voicemails
  • Review legal documents and maintain confidentiality
  • Complete applications to transfer title ownership
  • Enter information from titles received from the state into internal system
  • Stay current with title/salvage laws in multiple states
  • Review titles for signatures
  • Obtain signatures from sellers and buyers
  • Perform data entry and heavy emailing
  • Transfer titles for cars from sellers to buyers
