As a key member of our team, you will provide valuable support to the PMO team in the coordination, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and managing project communication channels.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring that information is shared effectively and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of project management tools and software.
  • Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Progress towards a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
