Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all aspects of their stay, including check-in, check-out, and any issues that may arise during their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
