Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare operating reports, including time-and-attendance records, terminations, and new hires.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate resident information in our database and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
