About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to our company.

In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. You will also handle organizing and maintaining company files and documents with superb attention to detail.

As a key liaison between our CEO and the global team of experts, you should be a highly organized self-starter, capable of working independently and filling in the blanks on complex requests without explicit step-by-step instructions.

You will provide administrative support to all team members, including procurement, shipping and receiving, and other duties as requested.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Working Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
