We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office or group of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and communications materials
  • Coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information
  • Maintaining CBRE brand client messaging inventory
  • Reviewing marketing material and acting as a point of contact for various groups
  • Coordinating the preparation and production of client-specific property packages

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our office or group of sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • An associate's degree (A.A.) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to teams of professionals
  • 2+ years in the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions, basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts, with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign

Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
