- Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to streamline issue management and reporting, leading initiatives to build efficient tools and systems.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
The Safety and Sustaining Team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Amazon's products and services in the field, directly impacting customers' experiences by tackling real-world issues head-on. The team is committed to excellence and problem-solving, working closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex field issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
