At Public Storage, we're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work independently at multiple locations, interacting with customers in person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer storage needs, making recommendations, and conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability. You'll also be responsible for auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers manage their payments.

You'll spend up to 50% of your time outdoors, walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. You should be able to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a customer-facing environment, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel between different work locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement is available).
