Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs across various banking operations, including account management, transfers, and online services.
- Deliver precise and timely information to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints, identifying underlying issues to prevent recurrence.
- Support Relationship Managers by handling account-specific tasks, allowing them to focus on broader client relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Guide clients to appropriate banking resources and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the relevant authorities.
- Utilize knowledge of banking products to explore growth opportunities and recommend suitable solutions to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their trust and respect through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Address issues related to overdrafts and perform necessary follow-ups to resolve them.
- Analyze client requirements to suggest beneficial solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage internal service processes, including outreach to clients and prospects.
- Coordinate requests facilitated by the branch, such as cashier's checks and foreign exchange transactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on operational policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships and support their initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in client service, banking operations, or relationship management support.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is essential.
- Familiarity with various bank products and services, including deposits and wealth management.

Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation:
- Starting base salary: $33.43 per hour.
- Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
