2. Provide clients with precise, timely, and comprehensive information to foster satisfaction and retention.
3. Resolve client issues and complaints, identifying root causes to prevent future discrepancies.
4. Support Relationship Managers by handling account-specific service tasks, allowing them to focus on broader relationship-building activities.

Client Engagement:
1. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
2. Guide clients to appropriate banking services and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products offered.
3. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate authority.

Sales Support:
1. Utilize your understanding of banking products to identify growth opportunities within client relationships and recommend suitable solutions.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships and support their initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in client service or banking operations.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is essential.

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation:
Starting base salary of $33.43 per hour, with potential for bonuses and commissions based on performance.
