Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Revenue Manager to join our team at Duke University. As a key member of our Patient Revenue Management Organization, you will be responsible for overseeing front-end revenue cycle activities across our health system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient access and registration processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical partners to identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and revenue cycle performance.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve revenue cycle goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or health administration.
  • 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
  • Certifications in patient access or patient accounting are preferred.
