The PositionWe are in search of a strategic and data-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to become an integral part of our team and significantly influence our growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will be key in crafting and executing processes and strategies that synchronize marketing, sales, and customer service operations to enhance revenue generation. The ideal candidate will utilize data analytics to uncover trends, project revenue, and refine the sales funnel for optimal performance. This role will also oversee the administration of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring precise data collection and reporting that will directly inform business strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and Strategy Development
- Design and implement processes and strategies that unify marketing, sales, and customer service functions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless integration of all revenue-related activities.
Sales Funnel Optimization
- Enhance the sales funnel for improved efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for enhancement and applying best practices.
- Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation and conversion processes are optimized.
Data Analytics and Revenue Forecasting
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
CRM Management
- Supervise the management of CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and reporting.
- Guarantee data integrity and consistency across all customer interactions and touchpoints.
Reporting and Insights
- Produce regular reports on revenue performance, sales pipeline, and customer insights.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on data analysis to promote revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align objectives, strategies, and activities.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required; basic Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and other sales tools is advantageous (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Clari, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Zapier).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
