Overview :
This role serves as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
Organizes and adjusts patient appointments in accordance with physician availability. Welcomes patients and visitors warmly. Manages phone calls, ensuring messages are recorded promptly. Inputs and updates patient registration information and accounts. Photocopies necessary documents as needed. Pre-certifies patients when applicable. Processes and documents referral requests for patients and healthcare providers. Types letters and memos as required. Maintains computer backups. Sorts and processes incoming mail. Handles inquiries from insurance companies. Edits and corrects transcriptions as necessary. Orders and stocks supplies. Adheres to hospital hygiene standards. Follows hospital standards of conduct. Performs additional duties as assigned.Additional Information :

Working Conditions
