Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience; experience in an engineering environment a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Working Conditions

This position works in an office environment with no travel required.
