Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support to the faculty of the Lally School of Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing meetings and special events, travel, and purchasing. Additionally, they will provide backup to other administrative staff and serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external constituents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to faculty members, including planning and organizing meetings and events

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of experience in an office setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Planning, organizing, and effective time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
