Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to our employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, and policy violations. This role will also focus on driving and improving our company culture, facilitating new hire orientation, and working closely with our HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a respected resource for employees and managers on various employee relations matters

  • Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Assist with the annual review process and merit processes
  • Proactively suggest new alternatives to current HR practices to help build programs and processes that allow the company to scale
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, plus bonus opportunities. We're an equal employment opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
