Business Development Representative, Client Solutions

We are seeking recent graduates who have a strong passion for client service to join our team as an Associate in the Philadelphia office. As a key member of our Insight Network, you will be responsible for driving business forward and adding value through close coordination with team members to fulfill client needs.
The Associate role is fast-paced and communication-intensive, requiring attention to detail, prioritization of various workflows, and execution on multiple projects at the same time. You will learn to quickly understand client project requests, identify and recruit new Network Members (experts), secure and confirm critical client calls and meetings, and help create a seamless client experience.
As an Associate, you will benefit from our best-in-class training programs, which will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed. Regular coaching and constructive feedback will help you develop a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and high performance.
In this role, you will support team members on client projects and Network Member engagement, recruit new experts through targeted lead generation and timely outreach, collaborate closely with team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations, build your understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains, and schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
