Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the hospital's business plans and strategies.
- Champion the journey toward becoming the best place to work in healthcare by fostering a high-performance culture that delivers high-quality patient care and excellent patient experience.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to manage people metrics, including minimal turnover, effectively managed SWB expense, high employee engagement, high-quality patient care, and excellent experiences for all patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
- Deliver core HR services, including recruiting, employee relations, employee health and safety, employee learning and development, and HR legal and regulatory compliance.
- Drive efficiency in overall HR operations, including the implementation of HR enterprise services, oversight of salary, wages, and benefits, and performance on HR operations scorecards and metrics.
- Design and implement a one- to three- and three- to seven-year workforce plan based on local and national trends and projections.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on business outcomes.
