Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates at our hotels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving occupancy rates. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve occupancy rates
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or hospitality
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving occupancy rates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
