About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Redmond Construction Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high-value corporate interior, lab, and life sciences projects in the Denver metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project schedules, scope development, contract review, financial management, and risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including project engineers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with project partners, including phone and verbal communication, to ensure timely and effective project progress.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and establish relationships within the industry.
  • Industry Participation: Participate in industry activities and organizations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Technical Requirements
  • Contract Review: Review and understand prime contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Project Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, construction documents, and permits.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including accounting, invoicing, and cost control.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, including awarding contracts, managing scope, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Claims Management: Manage and resolve project claims, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Closeout: Ensure successful project closeout, including final financial reconciliation, punch list completion, and lessons learned documentation.
