Red Stone Properties is a thriving Property Management Company specializing in Student Housing. We are seeking a committed Leasing Consultant to become part of our energetic team and deliver outstanding customer service to our residents.

Position Summary:

As a Leasing Consultant at Red Stone Properties, your primary focus will be on daily leasing and marketing efforts designed to enhance occupancy rates, facilitate move-ins, and encourage lease renewals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both prospective and current residents, as well as collaborating with vendors and clients to uphold our commitment to high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engagement with Residents: Interact with potential and existing residents to optimize occupancy levels. This includes conducting property tours, assessing potential residents, and efficiently managing lease documentation.
  2. Outstanding Customer Service: Strive to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders, including vendors, residents, and team members.
  3. Management of Resident Requests: Prioritize and address resident inquiries, such as maintenance requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize and execute engaging community events that enhance resident experience.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure that all promotional materials, website content, reports, and advertisements are accurate and current.
  6. Documentation Management: Complete leasing agreements and maintain precise records to comply with company standards and legal requirements.
  7. Compliance Awareness: Stay informed about all regulatory and State/Federal guidelines, including Fair Housing regulations.
  8. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with any other tasks assigned by management that contribute to the overall success of the property.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively.
  • 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
