Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents, team members, management, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage the distribution and follow-up of renewal notices to existing residents.
  • Keep an accurate and updated record of available rental units within our property management software.
  • Assist in processing maintenance requests, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up to guarantee resident satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing strategies to connect with residents, including posting announcements, photos, updates, and event details.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the community to deliver an outstanding experience for both current and potential residents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in multi-family residential leasing.
  • Exemplary attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
