Overview:

  • Support the Property Manager in managing daily operations including Leasing, Financial Transactions, Service Requests, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee collection processes and manage rental transactions.
  • Facilitate the complete leasing process for apartments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and engage in conflict resolution.
  • Step in as the Property Manager during their absence.
  • Assist with various residential management activities.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing Team on initiatives to retain residents.
  • Manage accounts payable functions.
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mandatory certifications: Fair Housing Certification.
