Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Vice President to join our tax insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our tax insurance business across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and placing tax insurance programs on behalf of Aon's clients.
  • Supporting the production efforts of Aon's retail producers and account executives.
  • Attending tax-related conferences to promote Aon's tax insurance team and the overall M&A and Transaction Solutions business.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in U.S. federal income taxation and significant experience with general U.S. tax law and assessments.
  • M&A-related and/or tax litigation experience is considered a benefit.
  • Tax lawyer or tax accountant with significant experience practicing tax law.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, specifically client-facing experience practicing tax law and proven ability to develop tax-related business.
  • Good network among the legal and business community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of self-direction and sound judgment.
