Job Title: Tax Insurance Broker - Vice President

Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Insurance Broker to join our team as a Vice President. Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and placing tax insurance programs on behalf of Aon's clients
  • Supporting the production efforts of Aon's retail producers and account executives
  • Attending tax-related conferences to promote Aon's tax insurance team and the overall M&A and Transaction Solutions business

Requirements:

  • Strong background in U.S. federal income taxation and significant experience with general U.S. tax law and assessments
  • M&A-related and/or tax litigation experience is considered a benefit
  • Tax lawyer or tax accountant with significant experience practicing tax law
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, specifically client-facing experience practicing tax law and proven ability to develop tax-related business
  • Good network among the legal and business community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of self-direction and sound judgment
