Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Resident Services Excellence plays a crucial role within the property leadership team, overseeing the daily resident experience.

This position not only involves delivering outstanding customer service personally but also encompasses the hiring, training, development, and mentorship of a diverse team of full-time and part-time Concierge associates across multiple shifts.

It is essential that the team possesses a thorough understanding of Bozzuto's standards, company policies, and procedures, as well as the necessary functions related to building maintenance and resident accessibility, ensuring consistent service delivery around the clock.


As the Head of Resident Services Excellence, your primary duties will include:
  • Recruiting, orienting, training, scheduling, and developing new Resident Concierge to fulfill their roles effectively.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by recognizing residents by name and warmly welcoming customers, residents, and guests.
  • Offering tailored recommendations to residents and addressing their needs, including assistance with directions, transportation arrangements, theater tickets, and dining reservations.
  • Coordinating service requests with the maintenance team and escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Fostering a sense of community by actively participating in local meetings and acquiring in-depth knowledge of community attractions and amenities.
  • Creating and managing a monthly community calendar and overseeing front desk operations, including package logging and auditing.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Resident Concierge Team.
  • Communicating assignments and priorities clearly to team members.
  • Weekend availability may be required.

What You Bring to Us:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in a managerial role within Concierge, Guest Services, Front Desk, or Retail Services.

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competence in internet navigation.
