- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in strategic planning and risk-based decision-making.
- Lead projects related to the enhancement of our compliance program, including process improvements and system implementations.
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal auditing and controlling, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated experience assessing risk and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience in project management, including implementation and ownership of company-wide solutions and systems.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations affecting healthcare and manufacturing companies.
- Analytical mind with excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Collaborative, problem-solving attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $170,000-$200,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
