Position Overview:
We are in search of a Head of Event Technology Solutions. This role is pivotal in achieving the revenue and profitability objectives for designated locations. The Head of Event Technology Solutions is tasked with ensuring that the team provides outstanding customer service while nurturing and sustaining relationships with key venue personnel to enhance overall business interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for J & S Audio Visual with clients and venue management.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain mutually beneficial relationships regarding sales and service expectations.
  • Oversee the daily setup and dismantling of audio-visual equipment for meetings and significant corporate events.
  • Regularly engage and coordinate with freelancers to ensure timely event preparations.
  • Manage all monthly billing and invoicing processes to guarantee timely payments.
  • Supervise inventory control to ensure that all equipment is tracked and accounted for consistently.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following background:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within audio-visual management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a primary technology expert for various events.
  • Experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or event production sectors.
