Job Summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a key leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction of information technology across the organization. This role oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems, including infrastructure, applications, and data management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Manage and oversee IT project management initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of driving strategic change and innovation
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
