Position Overview:
As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store.
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and maintaining store organization.
- Model exemplary customer service and promote loyalty initiatives.
- Actively participate in training and mentoring Associates on front-end operations.
- Manage register assignments and support Associates with point-of-sale coverage.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee task execution and prioritize activities in alignment with store objectives.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding priorities and updates.
- Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates.
- Adhere to all company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges.
- Team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Previous retail experience of at least one year, with a minimum of six months in a leadership role.

Compensation:
