Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and coaching to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to meet production demands.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Process Optimization
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. operations management, business administration).
    • At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Knowledge of lean six sigma principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP.
