Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring they deliver courteous service and promote loyalty initiatives.

- Train and mentor Associates on best practices for customer engagement and loyalty program promotion.
- Manage register assignments, support POS operations, and coordinate breaks for team members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly to uphold a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure all Associates execute their tasks according to store guidelines and prioritize effectively.
- Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding priorities and progress updates.
- Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates to enhance performance.
- Uphold compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Actively promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage and promoting safety awareness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Possess a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Are adaptable to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors.
- Have the ability to train and develop others.
- Bring at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
