Role Summary:

The BTP Customer Success Partner for the Western region is pivotal in ensuring our clients effectively adopt, utilize, and renew their investments in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud solutions, encompassing SAP Platform, Databases, Data Management, and Analytics.

Our Customer Success Partners (CSPs) engage with our most significant SAP BTP Cloud customers, facilitating their journey from the signing of license agreements onward.

In this role, you will enhance customer experiences through product onboarding, identifying use cases, initiating projects, providing architectural and governance guidance, supporting project execution, managing post-launch relationships, and overseeing renewal discussions.

Your focus will be on driving value realization for our clients, proactively engaging them post-sale to maximize their benefits from SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, conducting workshops on future solutions, sharing best practices, hosting exclusive webinars, and leading discussions on re-platforming with customers.

Retention will be a key focus as you manage the customer renewal process, executing the complete opportunity-to-win cycle, including CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, legal aspects, and forecasting.

Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will cultivate a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts, including Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, and Partners.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a technical software background with exposure to cloud-based platform technologies such as analytics, databases, and/or cloud platforms, enabling them to articulate their value and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their technical workings.

Additionally, you should have the ability to connect technology with business needs and outcomes, clearly conveying the value of specific solutions in achieving business objectives.

Experience with SAP cloud solutions, including SAP BTP, SAP HANA Databases (Cloud), SAP BUILD, and SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.

Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills are essential, ideally in a customer-facing capacity. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry is required, with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Preferred Care, or Consulting being relevant.
