As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will take charge of your professional growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing targeted marketing lists to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Offering clients products and solutions that simplify and enhance their daily lives.
  • Managing sales orders, modifications, installation schedules, and cancellations.
  • Providing product sales support to customers, fellow Customer Solutions Specialists, and our external sales team.
  • Executing tasks such as developing marketing campaigns, participating in live events, and following up on customer enrollments.
  • Thriving in a collaborative, competitive team environment.
  • Collaborating with the account management team to grow and retain client accounts.

Qualifications for the Customer Solutions Specialist position:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient sales and closing skills with the capability to overcome objections.
