Position Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist at Teleo Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with clients in the mining and construction sectors to enhance the utilization of Teleo's autonomous robotic systems.
  • Managing client accounts throughout the lifecycle, from installation to ongoing support and optimization.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Conducting site visits to assess operational needs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Providing training to client personnel on the safe operation of Teleo's equipment.
  • Communicating customer feedback and operational insights to internal teams to facilitate product improvements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in industrial sectors such as mining, construction, or equipment operation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including account management or support.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • A willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience with heavy machinery operations.
  • A passion for technology and robotics.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment
This role will primarily involve working at client sites, which may include outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Safety is paramount, and adherence to guidelines is required.
