Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions, including account openings, loan payments, and cash withdrawals.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on credit union products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in banking or retail preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
