Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at VIPworkforce. As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
