Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Webhelp. As a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems in a warm and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Two years of call center experience required, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including knowledge of windows-based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
